LNB League

LNB is an association declared royal by the 1901 law, for an unlimited time. By virtue of the powers delegated by the Federation Française de Basketball, it has the objective of organizing and managing the French Pro A and Pro B Professional Men's championship, the French Pro A and Pro B Spoirs Men's championship and the All Stars Game, a gala game that brings the best French players and the best foreign players that take part in the French competition face to face every season.

The composition of the LNB is: 34 presidents or professional club representatives, between 5 and 10 independent members, a high level referee representative, a professional club doctor's representative, 6 Federation Française de Basketball representatives, a players' representative, a trainers' representative and the honor members.

LNB is managed by an Office composed of 13 members: 7 club representatives, 3 Federation Française de Basketball representatives, 2 independent members and 1 players representative. One of them is chosen to be president by the 13 members.

Since 1987, the LNB's President is Jean Bayle-Lespitau, who is also a Bureau Federal member and the FIBA European Competitions Comission President.
