THE ULEB WILL NOTIFY THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION THE AGREEMENT REACHED OF THE EUROLEAGUE

This decision answers the require of the Community Laws in Free Competition matters. The Treaty on European Union disposes, in its articles 81 and 82, that the agreements between companies with economical implications must be notified to the IV General Direction, which is in charge of protecting and guaranteeing the observance of the Community Rules in this matter and of avoiding monopolistic situations
